Recruitment Support

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, pre‑employment checks and offer administration
• Assist with scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and maintaining recruitment timelines

Candidate Experience & Engagement

• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, respectful, and timely communication
• Support interview logistics and candidate follow‑up
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive candidate experience aligned with corporate values

Outreach & Talent Pipeline Development

• Support outreach initiatives to attract diverse talent, including engagement with post‑secondary institutions and community partners
