Description
The Talent Programs Coordinator II is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day execution of Seaspan's leadership and early-career development programs, as well as Performance & Talent Systems Administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a high-quality participant and stakeholder experience.
The successful candidate will support the execution of Seaspan’s Leadership Development Programs and other Talent Development initiatives, working closely with Talent Development, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and external vendors.
Note: This is a 12-month limited-term employment with eligible benefits and 3 weeks’ vacation. This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employees will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
