**Key Responsibilities**- Build trusting relationships with Region HR Business Partners and build a strong understanding of their business.
- Provide thought leadership and consulting to Region HR to enable local implementation of global Talent Management programs.Topics include but are not limited to; organization effectiveness, talent management, change management, leadership development, engagement, I&D, and employee experience.
- Serve as a key liaison between the region and TM COE, ensuring feedback loops and continuous improvement.
- Use business insight to assess and diagnose business challenges and proactively design solutions aligned with local strategy and workforce needs.
- Design and facilitate leadership workshops.
- A change agent and role model to drive new technology adoption.
- Build the capability of HR team in the region through ongoing coaching and advisory support on GTM topics.
