Description
As a key leader within the Human Resources team, the Talent Team Lead is responsible for leading the operational execution of talent acquisition initiatives that support business growth and long-term workforce planning. This role partners closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to design and deliver scalable, high-impact recruitment strategies across the organization.
The Talent Team Lead oversees full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, leads regional talent initiatives, and manages a small regional team to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Navacord’s employer brand and building sustainable talent pipelines across British Columbia.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from our Vancouver Regional office based on the needs of the role and/or as required by management.
