Position Purpose
: The Tape Department Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Tape Department including performance outcomes, productivity targets, continuous improvement initiatives, OHS and employee relations.
Principle Accountabilities
Responsible for management of the Tape department consisting of Tape Lines, Repro and Coreline equipment across multiple shifts. Plans, supervises, and directs daily production operations with an ability to anticipate and alleviate production problems, such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions and employee-related situations.
