Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide and execute the Canadian tax compliance needs of multinational corporations, including tax return preparation and tax provision
• Work directly with clients and internal teams to implement tax strategies for non‑residents of Canada
• Advise Canadian businesses expanding internationally on acquisition structuring, financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, and repatriation planning
