Tax Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Tax Manager to join our diverse team of professionals. In this role, the Tax Manager will work closely with our Tax Partner, and will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance, planning and reporting, while ensuring our clients adhere to tax laws and minimize liabilities. Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of corporate reorganizations and tax planning; Assisting with succession planning; Assisting with tax audits, reviews, assessments, voluntary disclosures and notices of objections; Navigating tax inquiries and required research; Managing complex tax matters – tax compliance, Trust returns, personal and corporate tax returns; Supporting the Tax Partner and firm staff regarding tax matters. ...
