environments and a strong background in
corporate tax, tax provisions, and tax accounting . Responsibilities
Manage tax compliance and reporting across complex entity structures Oversee corporate tax filings, tax provisions, and related reporting requirements Support domestic and cross-border tax matters, including multi-jurisdiction compliance Review technical work, provide guidance to junior staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables Partner with internal stakeholders on tax planning, restructuring initiatives, and process improvements Assist with tax matters related to investment vehicles, private capital structures, and alternative investments Qualifications
