Team Lead, Labour Relations (Affiliates)

Opportunity OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Labour Relations, the Team Lead, Labour Relations (Affiliates) performs a broad range of labour relations services and leadership functions as part of the LSNLR team. The Team Lead ensures their team is supported to succeed in providing high quality labour relations advice to HEABC’s Affiliate members. This position provides guidance and mentorship to labour relations consultants to ensure their continued development. The Team Lead will maintain a servicing portfolio leaving sufficient capacity to provide leadership, support and mentorship to the team.

Responsibilities

Providing leadership and managing the work of labour relations consultants on the Affiliate Services team by assisting with litigation and servicing questions.

Liaising internally with negotiations, legal services and labour relations teams to coordinate advice and approaches on servicing questions and issues.
