Responsibilities
Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIsProvide coaching and guidance to team members in the fieldMonitor sales results and identify areas for improvementAssist with reporting and tracking performance metricsConduct regular store visits to ensure strong execution and brand representationCommunicate updates and feedback between the team and leadershipHelp implement sales plans and promotionsEnsure company processes and reporting standards are followedQualifications & Requirements
2–4 years of sales experience (retail or CPG experience preferred)Previous experience in a team lead or senior sales role is an assetStrong communication and organizational skillsResults-oriented with attention to detailComfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekendsAbility to work a hybrid schedule (office and field)
