- Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently & effectively, sharing feedback with Store Management team as needed
- Problem solve effectively & proactively using available resources and guidance from Store Management team
- Creatively support visual merchandising, inventory management, store cleanliness, and other store operations as needed
- Communicate effectively and act as a flexible & responsible role model to your team
- Develop customer loyalty by leveraging knowledge of our products, the beauty market, and trends in the beauty industry
