Team Leader for Summer Soccer Coaching

Lead and inspire as a Team Lead in our Summer FC Coaching Team! Mentor coaches and enhance the soccer journey for budding players from July to August.
This position seeks an experienced soccer leader who will schedule and manage coaching shifts while also inspiring fellow coaches. Key responsibilities include adapting programs based on weather conditions and ensuring participant safety at all times. Ensure quality by maintaining records of player attendance and facilitating weekly meetings for program enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt to weather conditions and reschedule as needed
• Oversee player attendance and coach availability records
Requirements:
• Deep passion for soccer and coaching
• Valid vulnerable sector check required
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
