Summary
Lead and mentor the Client Advisor team at the Oakridge store, assisting the Store Manager with day to day operations while maintaining a strong personal client business to deliver an elevated luxury retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager with daily management and mentoring of sales team
- Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager or Store Operations Manager
- Lead by example on sales floor and provide ongoing coaching to Client Advisors
- Perform keyholder duties including opening and closing the store
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained with store leadership
- Conduct weekly meetings to review sales projections and develop staff performance
- Resolve internal and external conflicts and support sales team with client interactions
- Partner with back of house team to manage consignments, stock control, and paperwork
