Summary

Responsible for overall management of staff, merchandise, and client experience for the Oakridge Park Mall store. Drive sales objectives and operational and visual merchandising standards while developing and coaching a high performing team during the new store opening.

• Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors through coaching, reviews, and succession planning
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client service
• Lead sales efforts to meet goals and coordinate client relationship resources
• Partner with Visual Manager to implement visual merchandising standards
• Oversee POS usage, inventory management, shrink control, and logistics coordination
• Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports to Corporate
