Team Manager Order to Cash Cash App (Bogotá)

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Operational delivery, control, and continuous improvement of Cash Application services across the Americas region. The role ensures accurate and timely cash posting, drives standardisation, supports implementations, and partners with the Service Delivery Manager, Integral Process Owners, Continuous Improvement, and Technology teams to deliver sustainable efficiencies and protect the integrity of debtor balances. The Team Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of performance, compliance, and control across the Order to Cash cycle.
