                Manpower Chile busca un/a Tech Lead en Santiago para liderar la excelencia técnica en un equipo ágil, definiendo estándares técnicos y diseñando soluciones robustas. Se requiere sólida experiencia como Desarrollador/a Senior o Tech Lead, y un título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, o carrera afín. Modalidad es presencial durante el periodo de prueba, luego híbrido 3X2. Contrato es a plazo fijo por 3 meses, luego indefinido.
