Job Description Join the EA SPORTS FC Tech Art team based in Burnaby studio. This Technical Artist role bridges artists and engineers, focusing on content optimizations across multiple platforms.
Your Responsibilities
Serve as a bridge between artists and engineers, working closely with team members across art, project management, engineering, and technical art.
Act as the point of contact with game team partners, liaising between the art and game teams.
Take ownership of technical issues arising on projects and resolve them.
Focus on content optimizations, including assets, geos, textures, materials, shaders, lighting, and VFX particle simulation for multiple platforms.
Your Qualifications
Ideally, at least 5 years of modern game engine production and development experience.
Hands‑on experience in in‑game performance‑related optimizations.
Hands‑on experience with content workflow in game engines.
