Technical Business Analyst

Objective

The Technical Business Analyst (TBA) bridges business needs and technical solutions within the Data & Analytics and Systems Integration domain. This role works closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, integration specialists, and solution architects to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and fit for analytical and operational use.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, data needs, and reporting requirements and act as a liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse data requirements for analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.
