**What You'll Do**- You will provide support on a world-wide basis- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors- Provide technology/product/troubleshooting training and intellectual property material as the need arises- Act as a focal point for customer transport network problem resolution- Effectively utilize moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems- Submit complete and accurate defect reports in the area of expertise- Interact across TAC teams and development teams at peer level- Receive mínimal direction, no instruction on routine work, and general instruction on new assignments**Who You'll Work With**US Optical TAC covering global customers.Typically work with lower-level CSE's, VARs, OEMs, Service Providers, end-users & internal engineering departmentsOptical Technology refreshes with new IP+Optical platforms, below are some examples:- Optical platforms such as NCS1K, NCS2K, NCS4K.Verizon, ATT, Charter and US...
