In this role, you will lead technical deployments and serve as the main contact for cornerstone customers. Your expertise will help transition our product into an integrated workflow while building the groundwork for future support teams. With market pioneering efforts in LATAM, your bilingual skills will be key to ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on-site deployments and user training for initial clients
• Design implementation playbooks, manuals, and troubleshooting guides
• Act as the bilingual technical point of contact
• Advocate user-suggested features to improve product-market fit
• Foster strong relationships with early adopters for case studies
