SALARY: $100,589 - $124,238
Are you a hands‑on technical leader with deep marine industry experience? Our valued client, Ignition Marine, is seeking to fill a brand new position, Technical Service Operations Manager (Technical Manager), to oversee the day‑to‑day execution of the Technicians’ marine service work. In this critical role, you will supervise technicians, coordinate workflow, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a world‑class standard. Reporting to the Senior Service Manager, you will not only coordinate daily work priorities but also provide the hands‑on troubleshooting, quality control, and mentorship required to keep complex yachting projects on track and clients fully satisfied.
