Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
The position Technical Officers would be primarily responsible for supporting the team in defined geography by providing on-site services in terms of paint performance, ensuring quality during application process and handling complaints, ensuring quality control methods thereby achieving overall
business objectives.
1. Site Evaluation & Product Recommendation
- Conduct site visits for new construction and repainting projects.
- Check surface conditions: moisture levels, cracks, efflorescence, alkalinity, fungal growth.
- Recommend correct painting system (primer–putty–topcoat).
- Ensure product specification compliance.
