What You’ll Do

  • Join a fast-growing team partnering with Business Development across North America and LATAM to win new logos and accelerate expansion in existing accounts (LATAM is the primary focus).
  • Own end-to-end presales support for Professional Services (PS) and Managed Services (MS), including:
    • Leading PS/MS responses for RFIs/RFPs with clear value propositions, delivery assumptions, and engagement models.
    • Delivering high‑impact demos and workshops (implementation methodology, support/operating model, SaaS offering, Upgrade as a Service, Continuous Integration Managed Service, etc.), including governance frameworks such as R&R/RASCI and HLP topics.
    • Building and maintaining scalable presales enablement assets (Spanish service offering decks, MS sizing library, reusable proposal components, implementation case studies, etc.).
