Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Develop and own a comprehensive project roadmap, including milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and stakeholder alignment
Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear status reporting
Agile Execution
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Drive delivery using Scrum and sprint-based methodologies
