Team Lead, Technical Publications
– a high-level individual contributor role designed to facilitate the day-to‑day coordination of the Technical Data Package (TDP) lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Technical Documentation Manager, this role supports the Manager by providing consistent workflow oversight, technical review, and process coordination within a complex defence environment. The Team Lead acts as a functional link between the Manager and the project teams, ensuring that documentation tasks stay on schedule and adhere to required standards.
Key Areas of Responsibility Workflow Coordination & Management Support
Operational Triage: Assist the Manager by triaging daily Document Change Package (DCP/r) requests and Problem Incident Reports (PIR), ensuring they are appropriately tracked and progressed through the lifecycle.
