Ashby is seeking a Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of discovering and hiring amazing technical talent. The ideal candidate will have breadth across technical hiring beyond just engineering, managing multiple searches at once, and creating a repeatable yet flexible process that works across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coach first‑time hiring managers on building an exceptional recruitment process from the ground up.
• Conduct deep market mapping and analysis to predict where top talent is currently being cultivated.
• Partner directly with senior leaders, extracting key information quickly and efficiently.
• Balance periods of managing multiple roles in different domains with times of deep focus on a single position.
