The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates who meet the qualifications for various technical positions within the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for screening applicants, building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates, researching potential talent sources, posting job openings, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
