Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain continuous communication with Tesla's global team, including representatives from the USA, Germany, China, and Japan.
- Identify and engage key Tier 1, Tier 2, and OEM partners.
- Develop and manage negotiations and agreements, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Ensure brand specification in new product launches and projects, including face lifts.
- Generate and promote improvement proposals across various areas of the plant.
- Increase market share in each area of focus.
- Manage the development of new products and/or custom solutions to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate and execute product promotion events, such as DemoVans, Workshops, Mini-panels, and more.
