Technical Sales Representative - Flooring (Central Region)

Overview

Sika Canada’s sales team in Ontario is seeking an enthusiastic, team‑oriented individual for a technical sales role covering the core GTA and surrounding area. The position offers a base salary of $75K to $80K per year, plus performance‑based incentives up to 100% of base salary.

Responsibilities

• Call on owners, specifiers and applicators to strengthen market penetration and increase sales and opportunities for Sika flooring products.
• Position Sika as a company that provides quality products and service.
• Develop sales plans and strategies for architectural, owner and contractor markets.
• Conduct “lunch and learns” and other seminars or presentations for distributors, contractors and architects.
• Identify and follow up on new market opportunities and emphasize value‑added sales.
• Support corporate personnel in achieving defined goals and objectives.
