Key Activities
  • Deliver technical service aligned with business strategy across Metal Coatings product groups.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective technical support, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
  • Develop technical expertise to support customers, product transfers, and process improvements.
  • Optimize customer processes, systems, and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Conduct customer audits and provide technical training when required.
