To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Testers & Calibration systems technical support

+ Deliver technical support for Testers & Calibration systems, both remotely and onsite.
+ Provide remote assistance via email, phone, and remote access tools to global manufacturing and development sites.
+ Conduct hands-on activities including system installations, upgrades, and repairs.
+ Analyze system data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
+ Qualification of internal and external users of the systems
