Description
- Provide end-to-end technical support for residential and C&I energy storage systems in Colombia, covering pre-sales solution design and post-sales technical support.
- Work closely with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer and project requirements, develop ESS system configurations, and support technical discussions throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including system diagrams, BOMs, and basic technical calculations.
- Support system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, primarily through remote technical support and coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure system solutions and technical support activities comply with Colombian electrical standards and grid connection requirements.
- Act as a technical interface between customers, installers, and internal product, R&D, and service teams.
