Technical Specialist, Real Property Management

We have an exciting opportunity in the Central and North Region (CNR)!

Reporting to the Regional Service Line Leader (RSLL), Real Property Management Services (RPMS), the Technical Specialist, Real Property Management, provides advice and services related to Facilities Maintenance (FM), Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), and Service Contracts (SC) to support regional coordinators. The incumbent acts as a technical specialist for and provides support to the Client-Partners, including reviewing and authorizing change requests that exceed site-level Delegated Signing Authority (DSA). The Technical Specialist, Real Property Management, also coaches and mentors FM, EPC, & SC coordinators, including leading monthly calls with them. The incumbent reviews requests above their DSA and recommends to the RSLL, RPMS the next steps to take, and provides input on complex national and regional RPMS initiatives.
