About the Role
As part of the Enterprise Process Improvements team, the Technical Writer will drive culture transformation and assist all business units by creating professional, user‑friendly documentation to support employees. This includes company policies and procedures, forms, system user guides, online help, and other technical documentation. The incumbent reports to the Senior Operations Efficiency Specialist, Enterprise Process Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Use industry‑standard technical communication authoring tools to write and publish documentation for Meridian companies, gathering information, organizing content, authoring original content, integrating existing content, and publishing to the intranet.
