**Technical Writer II**
**Location:** Burlington, Ontario (Hybrid)
**Position Summary:**
_We are looking for a_ **_Technical Writer II_** _to take on the responsibility of documenting cloud-based services infrastructure and tooling. This role encompasses developing, maintaining, and coordinating documentation, reports, and communiques for a cloud-based software application. Additionally, the position may require occasional after-hours work to promptly address urgent issues and uphold uninterrupted business operations for our users._
**Responsibilities:**
+ Write, maintain, coordinate, and produce all end-to-end technical software documentation for ProjectWise (https://www.bentley.com/software/projectwise/) , including but not limited to reports, readme and What’s New publications, API documentation, user manuals, implementation and setup guides, for both print and online formats
