Technical Writer II

We are looking for a Technical Writer II to take on the responsibility of documenting cloud-based services infrastructure and tooling. This role encompasses developing, maintaining, and coordinating documentation, reports, and communiques for a cloud-based software application. Additionally, the position may require occasional after-hours work to promptly address urgent issues and uphold uninterrupted business operations for our users.

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, coordinate, and produce all end-to-end technical software documentation for ProjectWise , including but not limited to reports, readme and What’s New publications, API documentation, user manuals, implementation and setup guides, for both print and online formats
• Interview ProjectWise subject matter experts for the purposes of gathering and dissecting relevant information for documentation
• Use structured DITA authoring tools to create and maintain product documentation
