Technical Writer (Intern)

The Position

Based in our Sant Cugat hub, you will join the Global Customer Support Knowledge & Learning Excellence (KLE) organization. As a Technical Writer Intern, you will help transition our knowledge base to a content‑first approach, focusing on modular reusable content and moving away from static outputs.

What You Will Do

• Play a key role in transitioning our knowledge base to a new CMS, helping us move from documents to intelligent, reusable content
• Learn to author in XML and explore a modular approach that allows for reuse across different deliverables and platforms
• Explore the use of AI in the content creation process
• Plan, develop, and organize technical documentation in accordance with global corporate style guides and standards
