The Technician, Mechanical acts as a leading member of a team, working with other members in an attempt to reduce or eliminate non-value added activities or costs, while maintaining or improving quality, productivity, and timeliness throughout the project(s) being managed. The Technician, Mechanical acts as a trainer to assist junior technicians in maintaining, troubleshooting, setting up, planning, installing, and rebuilding production and associated machinery.
