Description

Responsible for individual equipment setup and operation in a biologics processing environment for plasma derived pharmaceuticals. Equipment includes Ultrafiltration systems, Bioprocessing Vessel Systems, Clean-in-Place systems, Steam-in-Place systems

Detailed cleaning of equipment/facilities to SOPs/cGMP standards.

Complete technical training profile as required.

Strict adherence to Dept. Safety Rules

Bulk processing and filtration involving monitoring processing parameters (. pH, weights, separation, assay 

Perform real-time documentation during the production run which includes execution of batch production records.

Perform basic troubleshooting of process equipment and process automation systems to provide clear details to manger and support groups of the potential issue
Qualifications:
High School or College Degree. Manufacturing, or experience in pharmaceuticals/biologics processing...
