Funciones principales:
- Atender, registrar y gestionar incidencias mediante herramientas ITSM (Aranda, ServiceNow, OTRS, GLPI u otras).
- Monitorear infraestructura tecnológica, redes y servicios críticos desde el NOC.
- Ejecutar procedimientos de soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel.
