Qualifications
- Completed technical degree or incomplete professional degree
- 1 year of experience in customer service and support for printing equipment (preferably Lexmark)
- Excel proficiency
Responsibilities
- On-site incident support
- Management of requests and incidents
- On-site user support
- Conduct plant walkthroughs
- Prepare Excel reports on incident resolution and SLA compliance levels
- Repair Lexmark multifunction printers
- Install maintenance kits
- Manage consumable requests and returns
- Inspect plant equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Lexmark equipment
