Description

Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on telecommunications, satellite services, and wholesale network arrangements, including connectivity, capacity, and infrastructure agreements.

Lead negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts with customers, carriers, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Advise on regulatory obligations, including telecommunications law, competition, privacy, and spectrum or space-related frameworks.

Identify and manage legal risks associated with network operations, new technologies, and evolving service offerings.

Support dispute resolution, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional projects impacting network, satellite, and wholesale service.
Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with active Australian practising certificate.

Significant post-qualification experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or related regulated industries.
