Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians with constructive mentoring
• Oversee maintenance and alarm management effectively
• Manage service delivery and vendor relations
• Control operational budgets and expenditures
• Implement continuous improvement across network sites
Requirements:
• 6 years managing operations teams in critical infrastructure
• Technical background in engineering or facilities management
• Fluency in both French and English
