We're Hiring: Mexico Payroll Specialist (60% Payroll / 40% HR Support)
We are looking for a highly skilled Mexico Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on payroll operations, with additional exposure to HR support functions.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing payroll in Mexico, with deep knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and statutory compliance, and is comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.
What You'll Do
Payroll
Execute semi-monthly payroll cycles accurately and on time Manage gross-to-net calculations, including salary, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions Ensure compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR/AFORE, and SAT (CFDI payroll) Process payroll adjustments, terminations, and statutory contributions Maintain audit-ready payroll records and support internal and external auditsHR Support
