Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative and secretarial support services within a school setting to ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students, staff, and members of the public. Duties include scheduling, prioritizing and maintaining the daily workflow of the office, coordinating and conducting student registrations, monitoring school budgets and supplies, coordinating the purchase of school supplies and services, maintaining proper accounting records, preparing and typing correspondence, completing reports and documents, maintaining files and records, and answering and directing enquiries as per board/school policy.
Work Hours
This position works 7 hours per day; schedule to be determined by the principal.
