Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) provides service to approximately 6,100 students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 in 34 schools and is one of the largest employers in the Grande Prairie/Spirit River region.

Wembley Elementary School, located in the community of Wembley, Alberta, approximately 25 km west of the city of Grande Prairie, serves about 115 students in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 3.

Position

Wembley Elementary School is seeking a temporary full‑time school principal who is committed to student learning, equity and wellness, and is able to engage students, staff, parents, and the community in a research‑driven, student‑centered learning environment. The candidate should be committed to ongoing professional learning and adept at supporting staff in their professional growth.
