Description
The Sr. Marketing Manager leads the development of a Category at a regional level. Also leads at a cluster level a team that executes and develops the local marketing tactics and the in‑market execution of global marketing cycle plans, with the overall aim of achieving stated brand and Americas objectives.

Universal Accountabilities
- Strategic & operational Lead of a category at a regional level (from the global lead).
- Annual Execution of the Global Marketing Plan at an area / cluster.
- Has solid understanding on key drivers for the business.
- Team management & development.
Specific Accountabilities
- Supports in delivery of Cluster annual marketing plan cascading from Category marketing plan.
- Guides & approves category cycle plans (product & visibility) initiatives in line with country timings.
