Description
Become a Summer Program Worker in group homes in Vancouver, BC. This temporary full-time position focuses on recreation and daily living support from May 15, 2026, through August 31, 2026.
In the Living Options service area, you will assist individuals with various aspects of daily living while implementing recreational programs. This role involves working 37.5 hours per week, with shifts potentially adjusting based on program needs, requiring flexibility and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily routines and activities of living
• Create and lead recreational programming for clients
• Represent the Association at community events
• Adjust to changing shift schedules when necessary
• Work collaboratively with a compassionate care team
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in support roles
• Training in behavior management techniques is preferred
• Must be between ages 19-30
