Territory Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the commercial performance in the delivery of our projects and services
• Responsible for customer satisfaction with our delivery of projects and services
• Primary point of contact for Sales for pursuits and business development
• Become Delivery partner to IA Commercial VP driving Revenue, GM, and cash thus allowing IA Commercial VP to focus on growth strategy
• Lead Project Managers as well as Engineering and Service leaders to perform the above goal
• Leverage functional support to meet business needs
• Participate in Regional meetings and adopt the best practices informed
• Responsible for conducting Project Review meetings in the third week of the month, registering project status and actions in SGV tools
• Responsible for communicating relevant announcements, news, goals, etc to team members
