Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage and grow a network of dealers within the assigned territory (Ontario and Maritime);
- Train, support, and guide partners to maximize their performance and satisfaction;
- Meet (or exceed) sales targets by promoting our products and services to dealers and end customers;
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities;
- Develop innovative sales strategies tailored to your territory;
- Attend trade shows to enhance brand visibility;
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly;
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to maintain a high level of expertise;
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Product Management);
- Provide management with visit reports, activity updates, and sales forecasts.
